WHO

WE ARE

In-House Alternatives provides the services of an external affairs department personalized for your organization's unique needs. Our Principals use their experience from their respective roles in government, non-profit organizations, and corporate lobbying to provide your organization with the right services to elevate your voice and be heard by the audiences who will help further your mission.

We provide all aspects of a government affairs department including advocacy campaigns, budget tracking, legislative and community relationship building, staff training and lobbying. Our expert communications services provides your organization with consistent outreach to your audiences through newsletters, event promotion, website content and updates as well as individual projects like brochure creation and updating, speech writing, event scripting, PR events, and virtual event planning.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I have worked with Brian and Sam for many years during their time at The Home for Little Wanderers. You cannot ask for a better team to take on your project. Not only do they stay on task and make sure everything is planned out well in advance but they elevate the content they produce and make sure the brand they are working with is reflected in the best way possible. There is nothing better than having partners who work hard and care about what they do.

OUR WORK

OUR

TEAM

As Vice President and Director, Brian and Samantha led The Home for Little Wanderers External Affairs Department for seven years. Together, they produced communications collateral like annual reports and brochures, created email updates circulated to an email list of more than 14,000 people, scripted seven galas (each bringing in over $1 million), hosted legislative events on Beacon Hill, built lasting relationships for The Home with key community representatives, participated as active members in human service related boards, committees, and coalitions and secured media opportunities. Both have been honored by one of Boston's most important Human Services groups, The Providers Council of Massachusetts.
